This is how it works: we would send you a spreadsheet with all the text messages in English in the left column and you would write your own translation in the right column. We would then do the rest. There is a fee of $120,00 for the adaptation of a new language. If we already have the language in our database, the cost of the adaptation would only be $45,00. [prices 2020].

  Yes. Not in the basic version, but we can create any custom endpoint for you upon request at a reasonable price. And not only this: if needed, we can adapt your web page (on your domain) to send such API calls to your database on the server.

  Thank you for asking this question. To enjoy the benefits of a cloud-based solution, such as automatic updates and backups, internet is necessary, of course. We don't know what country are you writing from, but our service desk has recently helped a client from Cuba whose internet speed was too slow to work on the system. Email worked though, so we have sent the client a .csv file with their reservations. They could continue locally on Excel for the couple of hours until their internet was fine again.
In most countries, however, a breakdown of your laptop is more likely then a significant internet interruption.

  Good question. NOT AT ALL. This software can be used by any company renting any goods or services on daily, weekly or monthly basis. Perfect to use if you rent containers, wedding gowns, yachts, satellite phones, bicycles, etc. It will not work for hourly rentals, such as restaurant tables. Send us a question if unsure.

  No, you don't have to scroll all 190 rooms in the calendar, of course. We'd be happy to offer a customised solution where rooms in the calendar will be filtered according to your specifications. For example: show rooms of only one floor, or only rooms of a specific price category, or only rooms available today, or even a combination of those criteria.

  Because we want to keep the prices low. Not all hotels need table reservation software for restaurant and they wouldn't like to pay for something they don't use. For anyone else the table reservation module is available at a very competitive price. By the way, it works great for conference room reservations, too.

We also offer an optional application for the cleaning staff where they can mark rooms as cleaned in a very simple interface just by one tap on their phone.
