The daily workhorse of a reservation agent. All rooms within a month at a glance. Three categories of rooms are clearly marked: free, reserved and reserved with payment. More categories (partial payment, regular visitor, etc.) can be configured upon request. The rooms in calendar are displayed with maximal user comfort in mind. Room information, including cleaning status, is available by clicking on the room number in the left column.
Is Simple Reservations a suitable property management system for vacation rentals?
Yes, and because of its simple design it is the software of choice by the owners who do not employ full-time reservations staff. The calendar and other features can be intuitively managed by anyone. No training is required.
A click on a free room (white square) will immediately open a pop-up window with the basic fields for a new reservation. There will be an alert if not all requested days are available for the particular room.
Looking for a hotel booking system for small hotels?
Small hotels frequently follow their own unique business model. And the Simple Reservations team responds to any modification or extension requirement within days, sometimes hours for a modest fee. The customization work comes with an unlimited guarantee to the customer.
Changes to the existing reservation are always possible, of course. This includes payments (debits and credits). This is what clients expect from a good PMS software. Optionally, clients can order new fields in the reservation form (such as birthday, credit card number or flight number).
A simple receipt is supplied as standard. Invoicing not yet, because we don't know your business logic, nor the tax rates in your country, the tax number, the conditions, etc. Upon request, an individualized invoicing module will be offered to you at a surprisingly low price.
Who hasn't experienced that one: the customer ordered an extra service, it was also noted somewhere, but ... where is it? Fortunately, our partners do not have this problem. First, the reminder appears clearly visible in the calendar as a blue point and when you click on it the details pop up. There is also an overview of all reminders with a search/edit/delete function. And that's just the basic version. Upon request, we would create a scheduled notification via SMS, install a wake-up call in your telephone system or archive the reminders for future reference.
